One of the rights of summer in Minnesota for many individuals and families is spending time at a cabin or resort at one of the 11,842 lakes in Minnesota. There are many lake homes in Minnesota to purchase, lease or rent for as little time as a weekend. Some lake activities include playing on the beach, canoeing and kayaking, fishing, visiting lakeside restaurants, lake and river cruises and recreation such as skiing, wake boarding and tubing. Then there is the relaxing pontoon rides for a slow scenic viewing or sunset cruises.

 

Our family has found that our yearly cabin outing is actually a family reunion. With everyone coming together to enjoy all the lake activities, but more importantly…enjoying getting together with family!
