As first time home buyers, my husband and I were unsure of what to expect throughout the process of buying a home. We were moving into our very first home with our 3 month old son, and our time frame to find a home was limited. During our initial meeting with Jeff at his office, he was extremely thorough asking us questions related to our wants, needs, location preferences, etc. From then on, he began working to find us our dream home. It was our first time buying property so we were nervous about the whole process. Due to some changes in the FHA guidelines, we only had 2 months to look for and purchase a home.
