Dellwood is in Washington County, Minnesota. Also, a part of the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Dellwood is known as one of the wealthiest cities in America. As the result of property higher property values than East Bloomington. Platted in 1882 and started as a community of summer homes. Located at that time on the White Bear Railroad line. Began with 250 acres and large cottages for wealthy businessmen from St Paul. Incorporated as a city in 1992. Over 1,000 residents and 370 households call it home now.
