Review of Redstone American Grill in Eden Prairie
The Redstone American Grill restaurant in Eden Prairie is located at 8000 Town Center Place. They are open daily from 11am to 4pm for lunch Monday to Saturday and 4pm -9/10pm Monday to Saturday. They are open on Sunday for brunch 10-2 and dinner 2-9pm. Their website is https://www.redstonegrill.com/restaurants/eden-prairie/. Reservations are done by the OpenTable website/app.
It is a stand-alone building and is near Southdale Mall. Lovely building from the outside and a new rail line is right in front now. The interior is nice and is starting to get a little dated. The outside patio is lovely with a pond view and some evenings they have a small band.

Has a big, comfortable bar that you see when you come in.
Here is what we had to eat…
- Lemon Garlic Salmon – Lemon garlic oil, with beans and rice. The two people I was with both had it…one said it was particularly good and one said the rice was dry and salmon needed a sauce since it was too bland. Priced at $26.
- Wedge of lettuce – with crumbled blue cheese, scallions, blue cheese dressing. I skipped the bacon. It was good but not great. I had this item. Priced at $13.
I found the staff very friendly, and our server was I believe was Amos, who I highly recommend. The hostess was also very welcoming and friendly. Parking is free and there is a good amount. The bathroom was clean and beautiful.
I give it 4.5 stars **** out of five. Food was fairly good, service was great, atmosphere was good and since they allow dogs on the patio, they receive an extra half star…hence the 4.5 rating!
