Oakdale is a city of neighborhoods where people live, work, and play together. A neighborhood is made up of housing, businesses, amenities like parks, great schools (serviced by District 622), dog parks for your fury friends, and the neighbors who live in them.
The Oakdale Bark Park, located at 50th Street North & Helena Lane North, is designated for unleashed dogs. A place where, with responsible owners, our furry friends can run, play, and socialize.
Oakdale also offers a Farmers Market, located at 1584 Hadley Ave North. This is available for every from June through October.
All of these elements work together to make a neighborhood a quality place to live, and together our neighborhoods make Oakdale a great place to live.
Oakdale strives to preserve and increase the standard of living for all in the community through economic development strategies that grow the local economy, create jobs, develop the local workforce, support existing businesses, and attract new businesses.
