Workout at Lifetime Fitness in Minnesota – Fun thing to do
Lifetime Fitness is based out of the Twin Cities of Minnesota and there are twenty clubs just in the Minneapolis/St. Paul and surrounding suburbs. They have over 140 locations nationwide. I have been a member for about twenty years and wholeheartedly recommend it. I have been regular visitor to the Lakeville, Savage, Eagan, and Edina locations.
Which location is my favorite?
By far the most unusual and first class is the new Edina location. It is located on the corner of the Southdale Mall. This Lifetime Fitness Minnesota facility has 175,000 stunning square feet! Includes a Sushi restaurant, a café, rooftop beach club, huge workout floor, an indoor pool, basketball court and soccer field, fitness studio for individual and group classes and the Life spa. Plenty of areas to work, relax, eat, and train!
Pilates and strength training.
I take both every week at the Edina Lifetime Fitness location. I have found two amazing people to work with. Here are their names…

Strength training and Alpha group lessons – Danielle Kremer
I give Lifetime Fitness and those instructors a 5 STAR rating!
