Visit the Guthrie Theatre
Let me tell you about it
The Guthrie Theater, was founded in 1963. It is a center for theatre performance, education and professional training in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The theatre designed by Jean Nouvel, moved to its current facility in 2005-2006. This $125 million theater building along the Mississippi River in downtown Minneapolis.
It produces a mix of classic and contemporary plays on three stages. It continues to set a national standard for excellence in theatrical production and performance. It has received a Tony and many other distinctions of excellence from the world over.
I have been to the Christmas Carol more than once and each time it was a spellbinding experience. Trust me you will not be disappointed in the quality of the performance or the amazing venue. I recommend combining it with one of the first-class restaurants around the immediate area for a magical evening.
The return is here…the 2021/2022 season begins next month! Here is the lineup.
