Saint Paul Saints Baseball Team
The Saint Paul Saints are a professional baseball club http://saintsbaseball.com/. The Saints are a member of the North Division of the American Association of Independent Professional Baseball. Saints aren’t affiliated with Major League Baseball.
The Saints began playing their home games in Midway Stadium in 1993. They began in the Northern League. In 2006 the team was a founding member of the American Association. They started playing in the new CHS Field in 2015.
The Saints Viking proudly play in the newly completed CHS Field. It is in downtown Saint Paul. Right next to the Saint Paul Farmer’s Market. That’s the historic Lowertown District of Saint Paul. Finished in 2015, this state-of-the-art park seats 7,210 spectators. It has numerous environmentally friendly features. Like 300 solar panels which supply twelve percent of the park’s power. And a 27,000-gallon rain collector which supplies the park’s sprinklers and toilets.
How is the team doing?
They are always a contender and provide an abundance of enjoyment. CHS Field is near great restaurants and popular bars. Not only do you experience great baseball. But the surrounding amenities create an overall wonderful time. Box seats are priced at only $30.00. The bleachers are less than a movie tickets at $6.00. The upscale Securian Financial Club is $130.00 a ticket.
The Saint Paul Saints is a very enjoyable experience. I have visited many times and have had a great time every visit. The box seats and Securian Club are special locations to visit. Plan on spending some time before the game with local events. Also, I strongly suggest a trip to a nearby eatery before or after the game. This is a must visit event to experience for you and a friend or your family!
