Located 25452 Main Street in Nisswa Minnesota. The Chocolate Ox www.thechocolateox.com is a specialty candy and ice cream store. The shop is filled with chocolates, homemade fudge, truffles, bulk candies, saltwater taffy, Jelly Belly candy, nostalgic bottled sodas, and 32 flavors of amazing ice cream.

 

I have been there many, many times over the years. I was there yesterday and purchased a waffle cone filled with Blueberry waffle ice cream and it was amazing! My dog Persey was an enthusiastic fan too.

 

You will even find this candy store in the State of Minnesota website at Explore Minnesota at https://www.exploreminnesota.com/profile/chocolate-ox-nisswa/6011 . They open April 16 and close December 31^st this year.

 

They are open daily 10am to 9pm. They have had 507 google reviews and a rating of 4.7.

 

This is a must go to if you are in the Brainerd Lakes area and especially if you have kids. They also have a nice side patio to sit and enjoy your treats and eat your ice cream cone.

 

I give it five stars out of five stars *****. This is a must go to fun spot!
