Review of RH Rooftop Restaurant at The Gallery in Edina
RH Rooftop restaurant at The Gallery in Edina is located at 6801 France Ave S. They are open daily from 12pm to 11pm. Their website is https://rh.com/us/en/minneapolis/restaurant. You can reach them by phone at 952-435-2695.
It is an impressive building, and the top is the restaurant. I have included a picture of the walk upstairs.

The dining room is bathed in light and has a lit water fountain in the middle. The patio offers a three=story view and has comfortable seating.
The wine bar has Champagne and wine selections from around the world and it has forty wines by the glass, as well as limited production offerings from Napa Valley’s small vintners. Here is a photo of the wine bar. They do not offer a full bar.
Here is what we had to eat…
- Delice De Bourgogne cheese with strawberry preserves and a warm baguette – you will need to ask for a second baguette and more preserves. This was wonderful! Priced at $24.
- Shrimp cocktail with Dijonae and cocktail sauce – came with six large shrimp in an attractive bowl. Great quality! Priced at $25.
- Lobster roll – lobster on a roll smothered with butter and mayonnaise. Lobster was excellent but not a very big portion. Priced at $34.
16oz charred Ribeye steak – its prime beef and very flavorful! It is done perfectly. Nothing comes with any entrée. Priced at $64, which is a little rich, but you are also paying for the wonderful atmosphere.

- Truffle fries – with parmesan, truffle aioli. These were amazing! A must have! Priced at $20.

I found the staff very friendly, and our server was Daniel, who I highly recommend. The hostess was also very welcoming and friendly. Parking is free and there is an abundance of it since it shares parking with Southdale Mall. The bathroom was clean and beautiful.
I give it five stars **** out of five. It is rare for me to give five stars and even with the limited menu, not a full bar, and not pet friendly it received that from me. Wonderful for a special occasion or business lunch or dinner. You can come in ratty looking jeans, but you might want to dress up a little to feel more comfortable.
