Review of McCoys Copper Pint in Shakopee

 

 

McCoy’s Copper Pint https://www.mccoyscopperpint.com/ is located 1710 Crossing Boulevard in Shakopee Minnesota. They are open seven days a week. They offer a broad-based menu and have a pet-friendly patio. For beer lovers they have 32 rotating tap beer selections.

 

The decor is open and ok. The bar dominates the room, so it feels more like a bar than a restaurant. Podium for host is too far away from the entrance and is awkward. Nice to have garage doors to open it up and bring in outside air but flies were annoying. Patio is nice to bring your dog.

 

They have a large menu with soups and salads, wood stone pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, street tacos and main entrees.

Here is what we enjoyed…

Beet and Arugula salad with steak– the salad was wonderful with spinach, arugula, red and golden beets, caramelized onions, pecans and goat cheese. The steak add on wasn’t great so I would opt for shrimp or chicken.

Apple and Pecan salad with salmon– really generous piece of salmon and great salad with wild rice, greens, dried cranberries, pecans, apples and feta cheese.

 

The prices are reasonable and the service was great. A very good experience! I give it four stars **** out of five.
