Located at 7275 147th Street West in Apple Valley. They have been in business for 16 years. I have been going to them for 5 years. My daughter has been going to them for about 2 years.
I have been involved in numerous car accidents (none of which were my fault) and as a result have some neck and back issues. I regularly go to Dr. Dan Evanson, and it is night and day the deference it makes in my life. My daughter has suffered from migraines and since she has regularly been going to Dr. Dan the frequency of those has diminished dramatically.
Dr. Dan and his staff of Karla and Debbie are so friendly and helpful. It is a wonderful atmosphere!

Their phone number is 952-431-3133 and don’t hesitate to leave a message since they call make promptly if busy with patients.
Now there is no reason to live with pain and not get great service. I give them 5 stars!
