Review of Fuji Grill and Sushi Bar in Rosemount

 

The Fuji Grill and Sushi Bar http://fujirosemount.com/ in Rosemount Minnesota is located at 15092 Claret Ave. West in Rosemount and you can see it from County Road 42. This is really a take-out restaurant with only four uncomfortable small tables in the room. So, no issue with reservations but you can order ahead for takeout at 651-423-3377.

Here is we enjoyed…

• 9 Roll (8 pieces) – Shrimp tempura, cucumber, and topped with salmon, avocado, caviar, and eel sauce. This was very fresh, and the fish was like butter in quality. Priced at $12.90
• Nigiri Box – Includes 3 pieces of salmon, tuna, 2 of yellowtail and 2 of shrimp. Was amazing and the to go presentation was excellent. Priced at $21.45.

The service was helpful, and the preparation was quick and friendly.

I give it four stars **** out of five. The only reason it is not getting five stars is because it is only a takeout restaurant. The food quality was excellent and priced very well for sushi, parking can be found right in front, service friendly and fast, they have a functional website, and you can order for pickup. This is not a sit-down restaurant but instead a wonderful sushi takeout with great quality and reasonable prices.
