Review of Crave in Eden Prairie

Crave is located at 8251 Flying Cloud Drive in Eden Praire. It is in the Eden Prairie mall Their website  craveedenprairie.com.

They are open Monday to Sunday from 11-9pm.

Lovely exterior and interior. They have a bar area and sushi bar and plenty of additional seating. Parking is free. We were the only people there when I went for lunch.

The service was friendly and attentive. The food came out quickly. We were asked by three people how was our meal…I only needed one, that felt a little intrusive.

What we had to eat…

• Signature wings – Had it with the Harissa dry rub. They were done perfectly but had no flavor…do not think they added the dry rub. Disappointed. Priced at $18.00 – pricey!

• Classic sushi platter – California roll, salmon roll, three pieces of assorted nigiri. It was just ok…too much rice and rolls were Byerly’s quality. Priced at $58.00. Again, pricey for the quality!

I gave it 3.5 out of 5 stars. Good atmosphere and the service was very good other than too many staff visitors interrupting us. But you are paying for the décor not great food. I will not visit again.
