My conclusion
To summarize, I live in Burnsville and find it convenient to both St. Paul, and Minneapolis and also the Mall of America and the airport. It is highly rated with lots of parks, trails, shopping, Heart of Burnsville downtown, recreation amenities, highly rated schools and has lots of shopping and dining options. My favorite park is Alimagnet Park that has a small and large fenced dog parks, beautiful walking trails overlooking woods, ponds and the lake and baseball being plays by teams throughout the summer that offer fun viewing.
