Review of Pajarito in Edina

Pajarito is a refined Mexico bistro…a combination of modern and contemporary Mexican food. It has 180 google reviews with a 4.4 rating.

It is an attractive building with lots of light and terrific location just steps from the corner of 50th and France in Edina. Close to a parking ramp.

Here is what we enjoyed…

Shrimp Tacos – crispy fried shrimp, mango Pico de Gallo, honey-chipotle aioli, and red cabbage slaw. It was wonderful, but not large and extremely hot. I loved it.

Chilaquiles – chipotle chicken, fried egg, queso fresco, and cilantro. This was amazing and a must order!

I give this venue five stars *** out of five. There is a movie theatre across the street so make it a date night!
