Maple Grove is a city in Hennepin County, Minnesota https://www.maplegrovemn.gov/ .  Maple Grove is part of the Twin Cities metropolitan area. The city is 17 miles northwest of Minneapolis. It is the eight largest city in Minnesota. Part of the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metro area.

Winnebago Indians were the inhabitants until 1851 when Louis Gervais arrived and settled. Four years later there was a church, town hall, and many homes. The city has large stands of maple trees and maple syrup. Hence, the name Maple Grove.

To summarize, I have found Maple Grove to be a popular city. Importantly, it features great schools and a convenient location. In addition, it has lots of parks, trails and community activities. In short, I strongly suggest considering Maple Grove if you’re planning on moving to the Twin Cities of Minnesota.
