Importantly, it has wonderful parks, trails, good schools, the Mississippi and St. Croix Rivers, affordable housing, beautiful and historic downtown, and a high quality of life. In short, I suggest considering Hastings if you are planning on moving to the Twin Cities of Minnesota.
