One of my goals for our District is to foster an environment which focuses on the success for each student and the respect for all. I am committed to this goal because I believe that in order to provide educational growth; we need to understand that each of our students succeeds in varying degrees based on their abilities and strengths. Additionally, we need to provide safe environments in which everyone is respected for who they are. Imagine the powerful message we all could send by embracing that simple goal of “success for each and respect for all”. However, this requires an active campaign to involve kids in their education and to motivate our students to do their very best. It requires family involvement and dedicated teachers and administrators working together to help our students be successful and respected. I know we have involved parents and an excellent, dedicated staff. You have my assurance that I will work on your behalf to bring about this kind of environment throughout our District and I welcome your involvement in our schools.
