But we also understand that your clients/friends/relatives might still like you involved in the process and sale in some degree because they have a level of comfort and trust with you. We believe those are valid considerations and we have a solution for you!
We co-list the property with you, 50/50, your name is in still in the MLS as a co-listing agent but we handle all the calls, meet with your clients since you simply tell them we are teaming up together to provide them the best service, we give staging and listing improvement advice, do the market value analysis for them, review our comprehensive and industry leading marketing program with them, handle all listing functions, inform your clients of feedback and marketing on a regular basis and are in contact with them to the level they are comfortable with, we can negotiate the offer (or you can elect too), we can also handle the inspection results and have a team of contractors ready to remedy any issues, we will coordinate title work and closing and do weekly followups with the lender and be at the closing with you if you wish.
The beauty of this program is that you can still be a visual part of the transaction but do no work if you wish. We require nothing from you other than the introduction.
