Review of The Goose Cocktail Bar in Crust restaurant in Scottsdale
The Goose Cocktail Bar is a speakeasy located in Crust Simply Italian restaurant in Scottsdale Arizona. I write this review since so many people from Minnesota visit Scottsdale Arizona. This is a wonderful speakeasy that will be unknown to you unless someone tells you about it since it is hidden within Crust. They are open daily from 11-9 pm. For reservations or special requests call 480-948-3099 or visit their website at https://crustrestaurants.com/. Crust has a 4.4 rating with 809 Google reviews and The Goose has an4.7 rating with 128 reviews.
The Goose is located inside Crust restaurant, and it has a special outside door in back, or you can go through a wait station to the door that says “employees only” to gain access. The Goose is a wonderful space with a large bar. It mostly is filled with booths. The best table (booth) is table 401 (you can request it if you make a reservation).

What I had to eat…
- Wild Salmon Siciliano – served with olives, cherry tomatoes, parmesan, and spinach Farro. Priced at $26. The presentation was beautiful and salmon was cooked perfectly. My salmon was a little fishy but the other three people who had it said their salmon was not fishy.
I give it four and a half stars out of five. That includes an additional half star for having a dog friendly patio in Crust restaurant. This is a fun location that is out of the ordinary, service was great and staff were very friendly. I will visit again and try some of their many other delicious looking dishes.
