We visited the Nolo’s Kitchen & Bar in the North Loop of Minneapolis, Minnesota. And this is my review.

My impressions

The location is not far from Target Field and Target Center. Hours vary but count on open from 7am to 10pm. They are always friendly as you arrive. I found the service to be fast and friendly. And the food came hot and while not slow, it also wasn’t fast. It is a wonderful room with bar, ticket and dining room all open.

Duck Burger

Rated as the TOP5 for burgers in the Twin Cities. And this duck burger is probably their best one! Comes with gravy aioli, sweet & sour onions and shoestring potatoes. The bun was wonderful. And the overall quality was outstanding! Might have been the best burger I have ever had!

Thai Steak

About 8 oz of tender, Thai glazed sirloin. Served with romaine lettuce, carrots, noodles and peanuts. Also red onion, cucumber, herbs, chilies and Thai dressing. Very flavorful and great quality.

Filet Mignon

I would say it was a 7 oz filet. That was super lean, flavorful and wonderful quality. Served with mashed potatoes, pickled cucumbers and homemade potato chips.

Recommended?

You bet! My first time there and I’ll go again! I loved the atmosphere, the design and the location. Very fun place. ?
