You can find Hawaii Poke Bowl in Apple Valley, Minnesota Website. It is located at 7594 150th West in Apple Valley. That is the corner of County Road 42 and Cedar Ave (Highway 77). They also have an Eagan and Richfield location to pick from for convenience. They have a 4.5 rating in yelp.com and the same rating of 4.7 with tripadviser.com. Our impressions

Every time we ordered from there the food has been fresh and of high quality. Since the fish is raw it is important it is sushi grade.

 

The food

You have a good number of options. You can build your own bowl with categories of base, protein, mix ins, flavor, topping and crunch. I suggest ordering one of their Signature Bowls first and become familiar with the ingredients before you pick and choose on your own.

The two-signature bowls I recommend are the Rainbow Bowl and the Volcano. The Rainbow Bowl has Ahi Tuna, Salmon and Yellowtail sushi for the protein. The Volcano has Salmon, Pepper Tuna and Crab Meat. The other ingredients differ also. Click here to see their menu.
