11 Jan 30 years in real estate
It was the first blizzard of the winter season in Minnesota and 70 brave souls threw caution to the wind and came to my home to celebrate my 30 years in real estate. The video is about that evening of celebration and my appreciation of them.
It has been a wonderful journey to see how the real estate industry has transformed…purchase agreements that were 1 page and now they are about 30 pages, addition of home inspections, the changes in the mortgage industry and the benefits of a wider range of mortgage products, and to witness how technology has changed our industry for the better and how us as agent have become “information brokers” and provide valuable assistance and information so the seller and buyer can make better decisions. I look forward to seeing the changes in the next 30 years in real estate!
